I plan to do some extensive interviewing and wonder what length interviews Voxie can handle. I have an IPod Touch 4G.

Thanks!

Hi Jessica

Good question. I found an excellent help page on the FAQs at Bottle Rocket - the makers of Voxie. If you haven't already then try out some of the suggestions on this page http://bottlerocketapps.zendesk.com/forums/25424/entries/15238.

I tend to use Google Chrome as my browser and have had problems with transferring Voxie files using this browser (which Bottle Rocket note on this page). So ensure you are using IE, Firefox, Safari etc.

The other thing you need to ensure is that both your PC/Mac and iPhone/Touch are connected to the same network / wireless modem. Bottle Rocket note this as the most common reason for problems. The page referenced above gives some ways to check whether your PC/Mac and iPhone/Touch are on the same network / wireless modem.

The page gives additional suggestions too. Let me know if the above reference page doesn't help.

I really appreciate your opinion on the TouchMic MityMic and Voxie, so much so that I purchased both of them. However, I am not able to wireless sync no matter how hard I try. Do you have any helpful suggesstions? I have tried everything and have looked all over the web for help.
